The activities of Congleton Choral Society are wide ranging in the community:
- We bring varied programmes of choral music at reasonable prices to Congleton and the surrounding area, adding to the well-being of the community, Ticket sales do not cover the cost of our concerts as we work with professional orchestras, accompanists and soloists, performing music to a very high standard.
- We foster links with local schools and Youth Orchestra to further our aim of developing music in the community.
- We have recently provided opportunities for student conductors, giving them experience of conducting under the direction of our Music Director who also works at Manchester and Warwick Universtities.
We are a registered charity and welcome donations to support our concerts, schools' project and education work.By donating to our PayPal Giving Fund by credit/debit card or PayPal, we receive 100% of your donation.
